Apple & Caramel Tartlets

2 buttery shortcrust tartlets filled with a uniquely absorbent sponge made from high grade wheat flour sourced in the Baden-Württemberg region of southern Germany. Each tartlet contains a number of generously piped wells of soft and creamy caramel complimented by a unique dispersion of kitchen cut, Irish grown, Bramley Apple giving each tartlet a slightly different and uniquely homemade appearance. Baked in slow rotating Gas fired ovens for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and fully baked underneath
