2 buttery shortcrust tartlets filled with a uniquely absorbent sponge made from high grade wheat flour sourced in the Baden-Württemberg region of southern Germany and infused with a hint of almond essences. A generous layer of jam sits underneath the sponge, giving a rich fruity taste to each bite. Topped with slow roasted almonds to give the soft and fluffy sponge a distinctively crunchy element to its texture.
Baked in slow rotating Gas fired ovens for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and fully baked underneath.
